Corrections

These get priority. If an entry describes something that has changed — a restaurant that closed, a season that no longer runs, a detail we simply got wrong — tell us what is wrong and, if you can, where the correct information lives. We would rather fix a page than defend it.

Suggesting a hotel

Suggestions are welcome, including from people who work at the property. Tell us which of the four categories it belongs to and what makes it worth a reader's attention. Please note that suggesting a hotel is not a submission for paid placement: there is no paid placement, and an approach from a property carries no more weight than one from a reader.

What we cannot help with

We cannot check availability, hold a room, alter or cancel a reservation, pass a message to a hotel, or resolve a complaint about a stay. This site takes no bookings of any kind and has no access to any hotel's systems. For all of that, contact the property directly.

Requests to quote or reproduce material go to the same address. Say what you want to use and where it will appear.
